Automated SMT

Fleetwood Electronics has made the investments in quality and manufacturing flexibility you should expect in a globally-competitive product design and manufacturing partner. Our facility houses two highly automated surface mount technology (SMT) lines in a dedicated production area. We operate these lines according to IPC 610 Assembly Craftsmanship Standards.

Our SMT equipment is currently producing over one million handheld RF devices per year. We have the capability to nearly double this production volume on the equipment within our existing footprint.
